Our work philosophy is simple: we consider that all e-marketing levers can or could be useful for our customers and that it is impossible to manage "in house" all levers at the highest levels of quality. Each agency should know how to recognize this evidence and draw conclusions.
Our objective is equally simple: to maximize the ROI of our clients' e-marketing budget by defining the best digital strategy, by activating and controlling all the levers that are useful to each specific case and by providing, at each given moment, the best possible conversion. We do this by piloting third-party solutions.

At Performantia, we consider that it is impossible to manage "everything" at the highest quality levels and that each lever is or might be important. Thus we surround ourselves with the best partners in each discipline and pilot all levers in unison. All of this without additional costs for the customer (no markup on prices). We could also work with your current providers.

Throughout our collaboration, unless stipulated differently, the customer will keep the same contact at Performantia. This will create a closer relationship between the consultant in charge of the optimization process, the client's team and its e-business. It is essential, when the collaboration includes a performance based variable remuneration, to always respond with great reactivity to the recommendations of the consultant. Consultants and overall strategy are always supervised by the founder.

Our collaboration (audit or accompaniment) almost always begins with an analysis of "the existing" (what you and your competitors already have in hand). It is not always easy to know which cards we have in hand and how we could/should play them. Once analyzed the existing , begins the work of its optimization. Then, we could eventually move to creating new content or growth systems. What is essential is to make your e-business dynamic and constantly evolving towards improved performance.

Modus Operandi

Working Together
Usually, we work for a flat rate, in a pack including days (of consultancy) and possibly tools or other solutions. We can work remotely or at the client's offices, always hand in hand with his team. Given the stakes and for more responsiveness, we often integrate the management committees. Nevertheless, all agreements are flexible, according to the needs of each customer. We use the latest online tools to coordinate our work with the client's team, so that, even when working remotely, we are always close by.

Financial Agreements

Remuneration
We can audit your e-business (website or app) or collaborate in the long term, accompanying you in implementing our recommendations and analyzing their outcome.  For any "long term" collaboration, we could establish together a mixed remuneration, with a fixed and a variable, performance based, part. Objectives and levels of performance will be established together, based on current figures. We could also set up monthly payments, as to ventilate overall costs.
